Imperial Craft Brewery is the backyard creation of a couple of beer loving guys from Southern California.

Imperial is a name often given to extreme or intense brews. They may be hoppy or bitter or just "high octane". These brews take the traditional beer styles and push them to the limits.

Hops, in pellet form here, are used to add a tangy  bitterness to beer.

Made from the flowers of the hop plant, these ancient herbs help define the character of a beer.

We strive to make every beer Imperial in some way. Our beers are big, bold and they make a statement.

We don't drink "regular" beer, and don't believe you should have to either.

When you drink Imperial Craft Brew we think you'll agree, every beer should be an Imperial.
